SC Vendor Notice

Attention S.C. State Government Vendors:

You may already be aware that S.C. state government is transitioning to a new finance and procurement system called SCEIS, which is designed to streamline government business processes. Some state agencies have already made the transition. Others, listed below, are preparing to implement SCEIS on November 2, 2009. During the last two weeks of October the below-listed agencies will have a limited ability to process some transactions, so you may experience some lag time in receiving payments.  After November 2, purchasing and financial documents you receive from these agencies may look different. Agencies are working with vendors and the SCEIS team to minimize any disruptions.

Questions? Please feel free to ask the agency procurement or financial contacts with whom you typically conduct business.
